Question: Muscle stretchs!?
Describe a stretch for each of these muscle groups

-quadriceps
-hamstrings
-deltoid
-triceps

Answers:
quadriceps-"standing quad stretch"-take opposite hand from foot behind you and pull leg up

hamstring- "hamstring stretch" lay on your back, pull one leg up (bended) and straighten it upwards for certain amount of time!.

deltoid- "side deltoid stretch" take one arm and cross it to the opposite side of the body and pull that arm into your chest with the other arm!.

triceps- "overhead triceps stretch" put arm around your head and with the opposite hand grab your elbow and try to pull your arm down!.

gastrocnemius- "calf raises" find a wall or something that stands and is sturdy and put one foot flat on that surface and lean towards!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Quads, stand with one leg bent behind body, hold front of foot, and pull up towards bum until stretch felt in front of leg!.
Hams, sit with one leg extended, other leg folded in, and reach towards extended leg!.
Delts, depends which one you want to stretch, anterior, reach arm directly back until stretch felt!.
posterior, reach arm across chest
middle, reach arm down towards opposite leg!.
Triceps, extend arm over head and bend arm towards head, using other arm pull the bent arm towards head until stretch felt!.
Gastroc, -- stand with foot pointed upp pushed into a wall, keep leg straight!.

Hold all stretches for 2-4 reps @12-15 secs, or 1 rep @30secsWww@Answer-Health@Com
