Question: I want to be a healthy weight, but how!!?
I just turned 20 years old and have struggled with being overweight my whole life!. I am 5'5" and weigh 214 pounds!. I am tired of this viscious cycle of gaining and losing!. I want to be a steady healthy weight for me, my husband and a healthy future!. I am 20 years old and I feel 50! I want to feel sexy for once in my life! I am eating vegetables and lean proteins but am afraid that after I lose the weight I will engorge in bad foods and just gain the weight back AGAIN!. I have done this in the past and it upsets my husband and angers me!. Does anybody have any advice to help me with my stickability issues!? LOL!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat frequent "meals" to rev up your metabolism
these "meals" should be small in portion and contain
appropriate amounts of protein and lots of veggies!.
5-6 mini meals are ideal!. Absolutely NO sugar in any
form other than fruits if you're craving for chocolate
dark is best though!. (ONLY if you have to give in)

Do weight training and cardio to lose fat and gain muscle!.
Cardio burns calories the fastest and weight training allows
more calories to be burnt even when you're sitting down!.
Vary your exercise routine since you don't want your body
to get used to it and stop losing fat!.

Eat lean protein (chicken, turkey)!.
Only drink water and tea (antioxidants- flushes our toxins)!.
Eat plenty of veggies especially ones like celery which is negative calories!.
