Question: I'M WILLING TO DO ANYTHING TO LOSE 30LBS BY AUGUSt!!!!!?
All I want is to lose just 30 lbs!. by August 4!. I'm 15, 5'1, and weigh 135 lbs!. I'm so desperate, I'll do anything!. I've been doing the Special K diet for the past like 3 weeks, and I haven't seen any results!. On top of that I'm currently taking Slim Quick!. I do 30 minutes of light jogging/walking first thing in the morning, and in the afternoon I do 30 minutes of intense jogging!. My treadmill counts the calories I burn, and usually in the morning I burn around 180, and in the afternoon I burn around 280!. I eat healthy foods(no junk like chips, soda, etc!.!.), and I'm not stupid enough to go anorexic either!. Despite all this, I still haven't seen any changes!. All I want is to lose just 30 lbs!. by August 4!. I'm really desperate!. I'm thinking about switching the diet pill I'm taking(Slim Quick)!. Anyone know of a good pill that works!?!? 1!. Try having 3 - 4 spoons of Apple Cider Vinegar and a spoon of honey in warm water a few times a day!.
2!. Early in the morning after brushing, have a spoon of honey in hot water!.

i fyou are doing all that and it isnt working, maybe you dont need to loose any weight!. but if you still insist on loosing weight, try slim fast!. it is working for me!. ive been taking it for 2 weeks now and i have lost a two pounds!. so that means that you will loose 30 pounds after about 15 weeks!. =)

Here are a few tips;

WHEN to eat for losing weight!.!.!.

? Eat (at least) three times a day!.
Because when you eat only once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That's the main reason!. Sounds funny, but to lose weight!.!.!. you must eat (the right things, of course)
? Your last meal should be before 18:00!. Try!.
OK, one apple after 18:00
? Don't starve
Starvation is not good for losing weight, nor your health!.
Starvation is the worse thing you can do in a weight loss diet!.
? Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast--eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer!.

WHAT to drink for losing weight!.!.!.

? Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day !
Can be tap, plain, mineral, sparkling!. I just love mineral sparkling water!
This improves your bowel, reduces the "hunger" sensation, and hydrates your skin!. Your skin will look much better after the first weeks!
Don't believe the slogan "water makes me fat"!. Beside being stupid!.!.!. you might get into serious troubles with your kidneys!.

? If you want quicker results - exercise would be good!.
But remember, you're not going to attend the Olympic Games! If you exercise a lot - you'll get very hungry!.!.!. and you'll be tempted to eat more!. Don't exagerate!
Walking is fine (but not very slow!.!.!.) for your body, and your spirit!. Half an hour, or one hour /day - it's up to you!.
