Question: What are the best foods to eat to lose weight!?
I am combining my weight loss diet with exercise daily!. I already eat rice, salad, fat free salad dressing, fruits (mangoes, apples, bananas, strawberries, blueberries) and I do have the occassional oatmeal cereal for breakfast!. I walk (60 min), do the elliptical (45-60 min), weights(5lb), and crunches 500 a day!. I either try to walk or do the elliptical depending in the weather, but I do either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you are off to a good start!. I would add more vegetables into the diet!. Also, an oil and vinegar dressing is better for you than fat - free which are generally loaded with sugar and additives!. Watery fruits, like watermelon, pineapple, etc are good as well!. If you get sick of rice, try cous cous, quinoa, and whole grain pastas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
stay away from - refined foods, refined sugars, white breads, white rice, potatoes, corn!.!.!.!.read the book " sugar busters" or the " G!.I!. diet " As whole grain as possible and eat as these books tell you to!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.your exercise plan looks good!Www@Answer-Health@Com
i think you will lose wieght in no time with this start! just one commet, like if you stop these daily things you do especially eating , their might be some body changes!. do you go to the gym !? thier might be better progress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
