I used to have fat calves!. I started walking at least every second day for about 1 hour and 20 to 30 minutes on the stepclimber on every other day!. It took most of the summer, but I eventually lost the fat and it looked toned, not muscular!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Dont do anything with them just yet, do some upper body, very low weight high rep workouts and reduce your calorie intake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
