Meats, especially red meats, can take from 24 to 48 hours depending!. Oh and switch your drinks from regular sodas to waters with sugar contents under 13 grams per serving!. Anything else will eventually cause problems for your body if consumed on a pretty regular basis!. An added benefit to eating more fruits and vegetables is your skin will look better because of it!.
