Can anyone give me good bodyweight excersises?!

Can anyone give me good bodyweight excersises?

Especially bicep and forarm excersises.
Ps: I can do 50 pushups without stopping but it isint giving me much result in the bicep and forearm area.

Answers:

Chin-ups/pullups are your ticket.

Pullups will help with both biceps and forearms, as well as help you build a nice, full back to balance out your chest.

The difference between the two is that a chin-up is usually performed with an overhand grip, so it targets your lats (back muscles) more than your biceps. If you switch to an underhand grip, you are performing a pull-up. The primary muscle worked in a pull-up is still your back, but the biceps are called in action more for this movement. Believe me, you'll feel it in your arms.

Both variations will work your forearms, since maintaining your grip during the exercise is critical. Any exercises that cause you to maintain grip will work your forearms.

You can buy chin-up bars that will hang in a doorway online for under $20. Or, if you have a garage or basement with exposed ceiling joists, you can rig up your own bar with inexpensive items from the local hardware. Finally, if you have a playground nearby with an old style jungle gym (not as many of those as there used to be), they almost always have a chinup bar somewhere in the vacinity.
