Question: Eating Plans To Lose Weight!?
Hey, I'm a strict vegetarian!. I'm about 5'2 and weigh maybe 135lbs!. I want to lose some weight!. I usually eat a 1200 calorie diet & don't do rigorus excercise!. I'd like some help on changing it to get slimmer for summeer!. Any help would be appreciated!. :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

The 1200 calories may or may not be enough for you daily!. Use an online formula (see below) to determine how many calories a person of your age, size, and activity level should be eating!. This DOES make a huge difference if you are trying to lose weight!.

Make sure what you are eating is healthy and balanced- less fried stuff and heavy sauces, etc!.

Try to get more exercises in too- as on person mentioned already, at least 30 minutes a day on most days would be helpful!. That way you'll tone up your muscles, and strong muscles burn more calories!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually, your 1200 calorie diet, sounds fine!.
Just be sure those 1200 calories are from healthier things mostly!.

The exercise!.!.!.
Try to do at least 30 minutes of some sort of exercise 3 to 5 times a week!.
When you're used to that, try everyday!.
