ok so this is what I ve been doing for the last two weeks: 1) breakfast: cereal ( bran flakes) 2) lunch: tuna salad 3) snack: fruit 4) dinner at 8 pm : cereal and then I ride a bike for 25 mins daily!.!.!.Will I loose wait if I continued doing this!? OH! and also I drink 2 litres of water everydayWww@Answer-Health@Com

yeah i think you will that seems a very healthy diet
dont overdo it though do let yourself have some treats
and dont foget to excersise cycling is fun especially with friends :D

sounds great!. make sure your tuna salad hasn't got too much fatty mayo in it, you should do at least 30 mins of exercise tho, keep it up an you will sure lose weightWww@Answer-Health@Com
