OK, so I have been counting calories, i eat like 1200-1500 a day, i run at least 3 times a week, and walk almost every night, but in the past few months I have gained 15 pounds!. What is going on!?!?!? I have not changed my eating habits drastically other than cutting out bread becuase I found out I have a little bit of a wheat allergy, please someone help me to understand, I am on the verge of tears becuase my clothes don't fit me anymore!.!.!.HELP!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you been recording your actual caloric intake daily!? People tend to underestimate their consumption!.!.!. try keeping a food journal for a week and record the calorie counts of everything you eat!.
You should incorporate weight lifting into your regimen since muscle will burn more calories than fat!. You could actually be burning off muscle by running!. Don't worry about getting big; women's bodies respond differently to weight lifting than men's (due to the difference in hormone balance)!.
