Exactly!. A calorie is a calorie, and don't let anyone tell you different!. However, it would not be healthy to eat a banana split every day! (Duh, right!?) You'd feel like crap too!

Boyd, I too am trying to eat 1200 calories a day and let me tell you it is hard!. They say you should write down everything that goes into your mouth and add the calories up every night to see if you are over 1200 or 1500!. How the hell can you do that!? Man , I am walking 30 min a day and they say that is nothing!. I have not lost any weigh past 3 months and guess I will join a swim team!.!?!? WHAT!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
