Depends if you are going for endurance, than sure, if you are trying to gain muscle, than NOOOOOOO! Your body grows best with once to twice a week per bodypart assuming your diet is full of healthy things!.

you never supposed to work the same muscle 2 days in row its needs time to rest so int he future you not stuck with really sore or injured muscles so if you don't think you put enough efforts in last time bring the weight up a bit more

When you work your muscles like that you actually cause tiny tears in the muscle fibers!. You need to allow 24 hours for muscles to repair themselves!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sometimes Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness ( DOMS ) can happen 48 hrs after a workout !. If you did them Wed!. I would wait atleast until Sat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
