Question: How do you loose!?
i have a friend who weight is 220 lb!. she is going to the 9 th grade!. i weight 93 lb she told me she wanted to loose weight i told her ok what good advice shoul i give her and what do "we" do to loose weight!. PLEASE HELP!!! thamks luv ya!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think its up to her to see her GP so she can get a proper diet plan if she really wants to, i dont think you are being mean, dont tell her to go to the gym she is too young unless she goes to the under 16 ones and deffinately dont tell her to take diet pills!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Exercise is key!. Summer is a graet time to do it becuase the weather is more tolerant!. Depending on where you live, if you live by a beach, go for a long walk ont he b each int he morning!. You two should walk a lot over the summer!. Walk to the mall, the beach, the movies, just walk!. Its cheaper than gas prices too, so killing two birds with one stone!.
Also, encourage healthy eating!. Summer is a great time to eat healthy and light!.
Try this for your friend!.
Braekfast:
In a blender mix 2 cups of berries (frozen!.!.!. strawberries, blackberries, blueberries) and fat free soy milk or skim milk!. Pour it into a bowl!. Put low fat granola on top and then slice up a banana and drizzle honey on top!.
Lunch: Salad!. 2 cups of lettuce, 1 cup of chopped veges, such as tomatoe, cucumber, etc!. 1 avocado, cashews, 1 grilled chicken breast, fat free feta cheese!. Whole grain sandwich with peanut butter on it (she must have good fats and enough calories to sustain her through the day)!. Have a peice of fruit too!.
Snack: Go for a Luna Bar!.
Dinner: Grilled salmon, chicken braest, tofu (lean protein)!. Quinoa made with reduced sodium broth, and salad or grilled vegetables!.
Dessert: 1 orange or a skinny cow ice cream desert ( they are actually realllllly good and low calorie)!.
Be sure to exercise!. Its summer, spend as much time outside in the fresh air and sunshine as you can!.

that's a lot of weight to be going into 9th grade and most likely she will develop heart problems later in life
she needs to look inside of herself and find out how committed she is!.

maybe she should go and ask her family doctor for some diet advice!.!.!.that way she knows it's not just a fad diet!. also try and find a sport that you both enjoy!.!.!.gently at first though!.!.maybe swimming together!. or try making up some dance routines at home which work you up into a gentle sweat!.!.!.that way she won't be embarressed (that's if her weight bothers her!?)!.if you join in with her it won't be as near as hard for her to continue as if she where slogging it out herselfxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

ha juss tell her 2 cut off on some food!.!.!.instead of a junk food tell her 2 eat a salad or some fruit!.!.!.or 2 have gum n when she like gets tha munchies 2 eat some gum u know!.!.!.n if she wants 2 loose em fast tell her 2 take diet pills n cut off some food n exersice she'll loose wieght like pretty fast!.!.!. :DWww@Answer-Health@Com
