Only eat foods that are as close to natural as possible!. In other words, cook your own food from simple fresh ingredients!. No added stuff, no convience foods, no carry out!. A whole foods diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

But most importantly, really think about what you are actually putting in your body!. Our bodies are like a car - and a
gas tank full of sugar is bad news!. Once you get into the habit of fuelling yourself on good stuff, you start to crave good stuff more, and unhealthy stuff even less!. Fuel yourself!Www@Answer-Health@Com

exercise cardio and when I say that if you go 10 blocks you should run 1 then walk 1 and cont that alt at least 30min 3-4 times a week then some light weights to begin !.!.!.!.eat high protein foods low fat string cheese, lots of grilled ckn and hard boiled eggs!.!.!.!.!.!.!.egg whites in the morning, yogurt, any bread should be eaten in the morningWww@Answer-Health@Com
It would be if you are really small and try to lose weight, then you are crazy!. But if you are bigger than me, than try and have three meals a day until you lose at least 10 pounds!. Then pig out for the weekend then finish your diet!. It helped for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
portion sizes- especially for carbs, cereal etc!. I find by ocasionally weighing rice/pasta etc it helps me know what a proper portion is and not over eat!Www@Answer-Health@Com
