Well -there are two ways to look at it!. Calorie wise you are ok,I don't think it is going to set you back any!.
Break down the calories!. Here is an example but it may be more depending on if you had toppings on the pizza, what kind of yogurt, skim or whole milk, etc)
Pizza - 230 calories per slice x 3 = 690
cereal - Probably 200 calories per bowl = 400
yogart - around 120
salad - depends on what was in it (crutons, dressing, meat, cheese all add calories), we'll say 60 calories!.
That equals 1270 which isn't bad!. However, this is all carbs and fat!. You should definitely try adding lots of veggies into your meals!. It will fill you up and are better calories than carbs!. You should try to be balanced in your diet to get enough vitamins and be healthy - not starving!.
But if you are just concerned about calories i wouldn't worry about today!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

oooook diet ummmmm pizza is terrible for u and yogurt is good if it is all natural but it still has alot of sugar!. i will give you my diet of course it going to be different because i go to the gym everyday and workout hard and im a guy!.
breakfast- slim fast drink or protein shake or 2 piece of whole wheat toast
snack- small cup of fresh fruit
lunch- salad with no cheese tomato (stay away from carrots they have alot of sugar) onion, cucumber etc and if you use dressing use a lite vinegarette!.!.!. turkey if you want
grilled chicken over whole wheat pasta (small portion)
snack: celery and organic peanut butter
dinner/workout meal: 1/2 lb of white grilled turkey or chicken with greens, broccoli, or salad
post workout: organic granola bar

3 slices is not so bad!. What you have to understand is that the Special K will work only partly!. You should jog at whatever pace possible for about 10-15 minutes, every other day!. Try to find other things to get your heart rate up, such as swimming!. Jogging over and over again will lead to your body not burning much fat anymore when doing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
