well ill be drinking water lots of it!.
i will eat very healthy if i do eat and i wil eat very little!. no fattening things at all!.
so when will i see results!?

starshine ^ is right this is very unhealthy however eating 1200 calories a day isn't advisable either!.!.!.when our body isn't getting enough nutrients it starts storing the food we do eat as glucose which is stored as *fat*!. to get a better estimate of how many calorie you need i would need your height and weight as well as activity level!. I am a bodybuilder and what works for me is to eat 5 or 6 small meals a day to keep my metabolism going!.!.!.here is an example of 1 day
Breakfast:
oatmeal, piece of toast, half an apple or orange
2-3 hours later Snack:
a piece of fruit
2 hours later Lunch:
grilled chicken salad
2-3 hours later Snack:
peanut butter crackers or a piece of fruit
2 hours later Dinner:
Pasta with boiled mixed vegetables
DRINK LOTS OF WATER: I try and drink at least a gallon of water a day!.

You wont see results, you'll last maybe two days, feel sick, pee a lot, and you'll eat excessively, gaining all your weigh back, or more, so why do this to yourself!? Just decide to eat only healthy foods for 2 months and see if you see a difference in your body (you will!) Also, take a fun exercise class!. I took a 50/50 class, we jumped, skipped, did sprints, things I hadn't done since I was a kid, I loved it!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Trust me I'm recovering from anorexia and this is not a way to do it!. try eating 1200 calories a day at LEAST!. drink lots and lots of water and drink it ice cold because your body will burn more calories trying to heat it up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
