Can you reach a soda from where you sit right now?
If you answered yes(and yes diet is just as bad) and you are over weight then get your big butt up and go poor it out. Get rid of every soda in your house and start drinking at least a gallon of water a day. Just do this for two straight weeks, that's 14 days and you will notice your cloths fitting looser. Try it what do you have to lose but weight?

yea, i have a soda right next to me... funny thing about that though... im about 5ft 6inches and i weigh 105. you're right. i guess im just too fat. ill just get my huge butt out of my chair and go lose some weight. thanks for the reality check!
