for strength, I was taught a verry effective method from football conditioning!. Push against your head with your arm, and push as hard as you can with your head, using your own strength as a counter!. Hold it for 15 seconds and do it in all directions!. Use both arms for front/back, and one arm on each side!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
