Question: Can you suggest an exercise to target this area!?
Let me say first that I know that you can't lose weight in just one area of the body, that you lose it all over and your genes determine where and how much!.
I eat healthy, small meals around 1200 calories a day!. I drink only water!. I do 20-40 minutes of walking/jogging a day usually 6 days a week!. I do a mixture of different exercises also, ie sit ups, push ups etc!. But I have this problem area and I was wondering if anyone knew of an exercise that would help to target this area!.
It is my upper back, right where my bra sits!. I can't seem to find an exercise to target this area and it's really bugging me!. I'll take any exercises or strecthes that you think would help!.
