Best gym cardio for my goal?!
Question: Best gym cardio for my goal!?
I currently have a fairly low bodyfat level and am fairly muscular!. I go to the gym daily and have a good weight loss diet (currently on fairly low carbs and high protein over 5 meals)!.
Basically in 3 weeks time my goal is to burn as much bodyfat as possible whilst maintaing as much muscle as possible!. I am aware most cardio will burn some muscle, but I am wondering which cardio is ideal for my goals!? I plan on keeping a fairly intense weight routine but would like to know which cardio would be ideal to follow this with!?

Swimming is the best over all Cardio workout next come Elipticales then Tredmill then Bike To burn the most calories a good 30 min swim burns close to 400 to 60 calsWww@Answer-Health@Com
