I drank 2 small Gatorades (90 calories each)
I had one sandwitch in the after noon and one just now (400 calories)
I drank a pepsi omg bad choice =[ (150 calories)
so if i cut out the pepsi and replace it with an apple will this get me skinnier!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Gatorade is not a diet drink!.!.!.!. its just sugar
thats a horrible diet!. Pepsi and Gatorade are where most of your calories are coming from!. your body will absorb sugar so easily!. there is no calorie use to get the energy out of it!. swap your diet for
Morning walk (walk your dog or something for 20-30 minutes)
Breakfast - Egg white omelet (2 egg whites and some chicken breast 30-50g and a dash of skim milk maybe an oz!. large meal and its only about 100cal) with a big glass of water
Snack - you can have a piece of fruit i usually have a tomato (40cal-100cal depending on the fruit) with a glass of water
Snack - 2 hours later (crackers or another piece of fruit that is low cal) with a glass of water
Salad for lunch (no fat dressing like balsamic vinegar and no bread) with a glass of water ~150cal
Sack - fruit with water
dinner - salad or a bit of meat with a cup of water ~150-200cal
Make sure you get at least 8 cups of water during the day!. Starving your body will not help you to loose weight you need to be feeding it a bit but over the course of the day!. so your metabolism is always going!.
Avoid sugar drink, get diet drinks (but do not count them towards your 8 glasses of water) diet pepsi has no cals

you've eaten like less than athousand calories!.

if you really want to lose weight, cut sodas out of your diet!. but you should really be eating more than 2 sandwiches and 2 gatorades if you want to lose weight!. meats and vegetables and fruits and dairy and carbs!.!.!.you need all of those, just in small proportionsWww@Answer-Health@Com
well i know that apples r very helpful in ur wight b cuz it eats ur fat and u lose SUM wight but im not sure dat it cud make u skinnier, maybe if u exercise and eat better u cud get skinnier and u cud get sum muscles XD!.!.!.dat wud b good^^

That's not healthy!. Reducing the amount of food you eat isn't the good thing to be doing unless you're actually getting what you need!.!.!. which you aren't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well yes but remember you have to stay active!. You know run around, walk and you should do some sports!. I think your on a good road of making yourself skinnier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you eat portion sizes instead and cut out sugar, replace it with water or ice tea you should be able to lose weight!. People get fat by eating more than the portion size on a container!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
