As for running, try jogging a mile a day and get comfortable with that!. As you become comfortable with the distance, increase the distance gradually and slowly, like, for example, try 1!.25 miles the next time!.
Also, do toning exercises for your belly, arms, and legs!. You can check bodybuilding!.com for articles for toning (despite what the URL is, bodybuilding!.com isn't only about gaining huge muscle mass; it has fitness articles for many different goals)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
