vitamin B-12 and you should ask your doctor you may have an iron deficiency which also could explain your lack of energy!. try a multivitamin and B-12!. I used to be tired all the time and I found out I had a vitamin deficiency now I take vitamins everyday and no tiredness!. it is worth a shot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

apples are the best!. No crashing effect like coffee and boost!.
The sugar in the apple is a natural sugar!. So it's better for you!.
Also, bananas!. But try to just get up and take a brisk walk!. That will get you a good boost!. Stay away from candy and soda!. The crash and burn is even worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I read in Seventeen that if you just can't get out of bed because you're so exhausted, get some really hot cinnamon or pepper mints and put them on your nightstand!. When you go to hit snooze on your alarm clock, pop a couple!. They'll wake you up;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
