How long should I walk......?!
Question: How long should I walk!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
Hi, well actually today I have decided to start exercise some more!
I have a very busy schedule, but summer is here, and I would lik to maybe lose 10 pounds, and get toned!.
I plan on walking for the first week or two, and then increasing how much I do everyday!.
So my question is, how long should I walk each day to reach my goal!?

anyways my idea is i plan to walk for 45 minutes everyday as i want to lose a couple pounds by next week coz i have a vacation next week to italy!!
