Question: Ways to stop weight gain in the fun way!?
Does anyone know a way to lose weight in the FUN way and not take time for the average person who plays a instrument wants to swim and read one whole hour!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

believe it or not,you just need 30-45 mintues a day 3 days a week for weightlifing and maybe 30 minutes of light cardio on your rest days and you will get great results,since you already swim you have the cardio part covered,so it really shouldnt hinder your life too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you kinda have to explain this more, do you mean losing weight as losing body fats or gaining muscles!. I think just working out with someone you know is best way, but also if you play wind instrument specially clarinets or saxophone, it helps a lot in losing weight!. I guess just best way is find a friend that works out or plays a sports and play with him!. I will suggest you basketball, soccer, or tennis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe if you lift your!.!.!.dog or family members it could become a fun thing :P
If you have the right type of door frame you could lift yourself using that!. I do that!. (can almost do one-handed ones, but it's taking a while)
Oh, and play your instrument as if you really want to entertain people, freak out on it like you're on a stage, give cool solo's :D
