After I Exercise...?!
Question: After I Exercise!.!.!.!?
I have a really bad pounding in my head that sometimes just goes away, but occasionally turns into a head ache!. Does anyone know what might be causing this and/or how may I fix it!?
My exercise consists of:
Stretching
30 mins of jogging
150-200 crunches
100 Arnolds
Belly dancing
Strecthing again (after I'm done)

Well, my guess would be that you are not fully hydrated!. You have to drink water BEFORE you exercise and a little WHILE you exercise and AFTER you exercise!. I only get headaches (whether I'm exercising or not) if I haven't had enough water!.

It may be that you aren't drinking enough water!. You need water to hydrate you because you sweat it out while exercising and your body isn't getting the sufficient amount of water!. Try drinking a lot more water before, during, and after exercise!. While you could drink Gatorade or any other sports drink, I think it would be best to drink just plain water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It probably has something to do with whatever you are eating or are not eating!. Try to eat less refined sugar, and find ways to add more cayenne to your diet to increase circulation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
