Question: It's almost summer and i need to lose weight, help please!?!!?
i am going to lose weight this summer, i need help on how much i should exercise, eat, etc!. the basics!. i am aiming to lose 10-20 pounds!. more like 12-15!. i have 3 days to figure out what i should do in order to do this over the summer!. please help, best answer will be chosen!. :D

okay so before you do anything you have to look at your diet!. Don't eat junk food, you can have something that you like every once in a while but if it isn't necessary, just don't eat it!. You should eat lots of fruits, vegetables, lean meats like chicken, and nuts, and yogurts!. don't eat too much pastas, or breads!. And make sure you are hydrated ALL day, this means water and nothing else, no sweet drinks or sodas!.
for snack you can have, peanut butter, celery, fruits, and anything else you can think of that is not loaded with fat or sugar or carbs!.
for exercise, you should take a jog/run everyday!. Start slow and work your way up every week!. Great strength exercises to do at home are push-ups, stabilizers, leg lifts, pull-ups, lunges, sqauts!. and don't forget to stretch!.
for your ab workout you can do- sit-ups, crunches, side crunches, backwards crunches, leg lifts, stabilizers also help, v-ups, toe touches, and bicycles!.
