i have uphills
if i power walk everyday until the first week of august how many pounds can i loose!?!?

yes, it will!. after you get used to power walking!. you should try running!. start at a mile a day, and then you will get better at it!. getting active and excercising is a great way to stay healthy and lose weightWww@Answer-Health@Com
