if you want to LOSE weight: run everyday, drink water, eat healthy but not exsesivley, and push ups help!. none of those CRASH diets help at all lol!.
if u want to GAIN weight: watch tv while you eat, trust me i used to weigh 85lbs for 3 years[[yes its normal for my size, the DR!. told me cause i was born 2 lbs lol]] and i eata lot lol, and so i just ate while i sat and watched tv and hey in less than a year i gained 8 lbs lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

You would most likely loose weight, because when you sleep your matablism slows and the food you ate 2 hours before you went to bed will be stored as a fat product in your body!.
But if you stay up, then your matablism will continue to make more foods into energy, burning some calories!Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's a lot of time to be awake!.
You probably wouldn't recover from that mentally or physically for a long time!.
AND you might lose some friends because lets face it; you're gonna be SUPER cranky!.

I would think gain because being awake me you lose energy making you hungrier plus when people have nothing to do they tend to eat more as a remedy to boredom!. And what on earth could you possibly do for 4 days besides get bored!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would think you might gain because of the stress it will put on your body and mind!. It certainly will not help you lose weight, as there have been studies relating adequate sleep to a healthier weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all, staying up for 3 days straight isn't a good idea!. After the 3rd day of being awake your body shuts down!. but anyways!.!.!. i guess it depends what your doing while your awake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
