Question: Do you think i will gain a lot of weight if stop going to gym!?
I work out 3 times a week but i have been getting really lazy lately!.I am thinking to canclel my gym membership but i am afraid i will gain weight!.I was thinking to run down the stairs in my apartment instead!.

as long as you get some kind of daily exercise and watch what you eat, you should be OK!. why don't you just take a break and see what happens before you cancel your membership!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would stick with the gym membership because running down the stairs is a hazard!. If you get injured at the gym, there probably are some reliable medical staff on hand that can assist you!. There's no use in dropping a membership and then getting injured and having to pay expensive medical bills!.
