This is what I do!.!.!.!.
Start out by doing cardio for 30-60 minutes!.!.!.Power-walking, stair climbing, aerobics, step-aerobics, dancing, bicycling, jogging, kick boxing, swimming, or this at home cardio workout: http://exercise!.about!.com/library/blcard!.!.!.
Then, 3-4 times a week (non-consecutive days), do strength training!.!.!.Like you could do 1-3 sets of 12-15 reps of:
- Lunges
- Squats
- Pushups
- Standing Side Leg Lifts
- Tricep Dips
- Ab Crunches
- Back Extensions
- Calf Raises
- Reverse Crunches
- Crossover Crunches
