recently i have had a real want for chocolate and sweet thigs in general, is there anything i can do to stop the cravings!?

Stop keeping crappy foods in the house and you wont have the availability of eating them!.
Drink tea and coffee!? Ditch sugar and give Stevia a try!.
Overtime you don't crave sugar !.!.!. I used to eat 1kg bags of sugar by the day and now and I can't stand the stuff!. (okay, okay not really 1kg)
But there are days I wanna pour a keg of cola down my throat, I haven't drank reg!. cola since march or aprl when I went on holiday and that was only 1 litre!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont deprive yourself of these things and you wont crave them!.!.!.!.everything in moderation!.!.!.!.!.i dont eat chocolate and junk like that but i do get the cravings every once in a while so i keep little low cal snacks around !.!.!.also there are these new sugar free hershey minibars that are pretty good so it wont kill your caloriesWww@Answer-Health@Com
eat ice lollys or those milk lollys only around 75 calories!. what i have is muller crunch corners the choc ones, better than eating 2 or 3 bad things!. It can be done, after about 2 weeks without 2 much bad stuff your bodys gets used to it!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
