Make sure you are doing plenty of cardio workouts!. Running, do the elliptical, and such!. That will burn the calories!. Lift weights also, that will help keep your metabolism revved, which will help you burn calories!.
Also, are you eating healthy!? Eating good is just as important as working out to lose weight!. You can't do one without the other!.
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean protein-like chicken and turkey, low fat dairy products, fish, nuts, and drink plenty of water!. Cut out all the junk food and sugary sodas and drinks!. Eat at home-don't eat out all the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could be doing 3 hours a of cardio a day but it wouldnt matter if you go home and have mcdonalds or ice cream

I would do some cardio for 30min a day 3-4 times a week along with some crunches!. Its really easy and it does not take long!. Good Luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
