Question: How much weight would i lose if!.!.!?
i walk 7 days a week for 20 minutes( 10 slow pace and 10 fast pace) and jog for 20 minutes plus 50 crunches and i eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks( healthy)

It all depends on your metabolism however, the more you work out the higher your metabolic rate!. If you continue to increase your work out the more you will lose and remember to watch your carbohydrate and fat intake you will lose more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
