Have a really hot shower, and hold it over the sore muscles for as long as you can!. I find that if I repeat the exercises that made me sore, it eases the pain!. In future take glutamine powder after training (not the tablets as they aren't strong enough), also invest in Weleda massage balm, available at health food stores - it's an oil that you put on after a shower when your skin is warm and reduces muscle ache!.
