Weight question??
i am 5'3 and about 125 lbs
i am not very muscular
i have really big breasts and butt (unfortunatlety)
but i want to loose some weight QUICKLY
i already watch what i eat and walk about 3 miles a few times a week
but its hard cause my genes dont really let me
any suggestions

try to start a weight lifting routine and maybe instead of walking 3 try to jog or power walk for 1.5 miles or however far you can go
