Question: Has my diet been okay for today so far!? What about my exercise!? [easy 10 points, please help me!. ]!?
So I went to mimi's cafe with friends today for lunch!.
I had about half of a grilled chicken salad with a little cheese on it!. i had about a teaspoon of honey mustard for dressing i dipped in!.
and i had about 3 bites of this honey oat bran muffin!.
was that okay!? how many calorie did all of that have!?
im guessing about 500 calories!? maybe it was more!.!.!.help!?
im about to run 2!.8 miles and walk !.4 of a mile, 150 crunches all ways, 20 minute pilates, and machines at the gym for arms, shoulders, abs, and back!.
so what should i have for dinner!?
i probably shouldnt have pasta meal because i have vacation wed!. and i have to wear a bikini!. what should i have!?

I think you need to relax your attitude about your diet a bit! Your height/weight ratio is perfect and if the exercises you are listing above are part of your normal routine then you're doing great!. Don't worry so much about every bite of food you eat!. Being healthy involves more than just being thin!. You don't want to create stress by worrying too much that you are eating the wrong things!. Focus on eating fresh fruits and vegetables and mostly lean protien (chicken, fish, beans, etc!.) If you make those the mainstay of your diet and continue with your exercise plan then pasta for dinner is not a problem!. Just go easy on the cheese!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you are working your booty off- literally! Great job! Well one thing I do when I know I have to wear a swimsuit soon and don't want to be bloated is stay away from breads and fried folod!. Soup is a great thing to eat that doesn't cause bloating!. Also, although I know you have already had one today- a salad may be a good choice!.!.!. You seem to be in great shape already- looks like you shouldn't have much to worry about!. But I know us women are so hard on ourselves!.!.!. don't overdo it ;-) Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
