Has anyone tried the 'Slim in Six' program? How did it work for you and is it worth trying?
I use to be in exellent condition, but since I got married I've slacked off and now have a belly pooch. I did not want to try pills so I was wondering how this exercise program worked.

I just started the Slim in 6 series this past Monday.....I AM IN LOVE!!!
I started the 6 day express diet (Plan 2-High Protein) and I follow the AM and PM exercise......plus before the AM I do the 15 minute "Slim & Limber" which is great to do right when I wake up!
The Express diet has 3 diet plans....and after the 6 days is over you just keep following it except add more food (they have * by the foods you can increase for that meal)...really easy!
The 1st plan is more leaniant....you can have carbs (good ones) and more fruit and such....where the 2nd on (that i am doing) in high protein.....veggies and a little fruit.....the 3rd plan is the "Photo Shoot" plan only to be done when you need to look you're best....like after you finish the 6 weeks!
The workouts are great Debbie is wonderful! I started with the "Start it Up!" workout and I was sweating and my pulse was going but I was able to actually make it through without collapsing!! Which was a feat for me! lol
Anyway you CAN NOT FAIL with this program as long as you follow the diet (NO CHEATING!) Drink 64-100 ounces of water a day (very important!) and follow the exercise program!
I started 6 days ago and I have lost 6 pounds so far, and my pants are starting to sag on me!!
