I don't know if you can lose 3 inches in 1 month, but just eat healthy, fresh foods and limit your portions. You'd be surprised how much more Americans eat than others. Example daily meal plan: Bowl of Total for breakfast, snack about 2-3 hours later (handful of unsalted walnuts/almonds), for lunch-turkey on whole wheat tortilla with romaine lettuce and less than tablespoon of honey mustard, snack-half green apple with tablespoon of peanut butter, and for dinner-any lean meat (about 4-6 oz) with steamed vegetables. Good luck and do lots of crunches and cardio!
