Question: I am Eating all the TIME please Help!!!!?
in 2005 i started college i was 120 lbs now i m 192 lbs, i do a lot of stress eating during exams and stuff but last year i changed my eating habits for a month a lost like 20 lbs but i cant seem to stick to it!. i was 120 and i use to run 3-4 miles everyday, excercise is not my problem i love working out but i cant seem to control my hunger, it's a major problem for me now, my boyfriend started callin me a little piglet!. my hunger level have increased in past years and i m scared that my weight gain will lead to other diseases!. can somone please help me with this one!?!?!? btw i have used everything under the sun like Alli, Hydroxycut, like 6 different type of hoodia pills, Zantrax, Trimspa, and whole bunch of detox cleansing system, ANY SUGGESTIONS!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all, your b/f is VERY wrong to insult you for your weigh gain, that's just not right at all!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
not only is your problem, your b/f's but you're probably eating the wrong foods!. females usually put on weigh at a faster rate then males cause of their stress levels!. PLEASE stay away from those diet pills!. they're all bad for you over the long run!. Hydroxycut, it will give you a heart disorder, a very high bpm (beat per minute) it could cause your heart to bust!.
my suggestion is this!.!.!.!.!.!.
1) tell your b/f if he can't be supportive, to get out of your life, you don't need those kinds of put downs!.
2) set your goals low, 4-5lbs a months and talk to friends and let them know what your plans are and use 1 of them for a promise friend, 1 that will support you if you fall off your game plan!. it's very important to know that you CAN'T do this alone!.
3) weight yourself everyday
4) cut out sugar for a 2 week straight
5) take 50% of your fat intake out for the next 2 weeks with the sugar
6) move a lot and exercise when time permits
7) now take 90% of fats and white bread out of your diet!.
8) fall in love with yourself, not for the weigh lost, but for who and what you are!.!.!.!.a healthy, kind, caring and beauitful person!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

yes dont eat so much when your hungry just eat till your satisfied!.Foods with high fiber keep you full longer,you are probably binging on sugary stuff and that pretty much gets stored as fat!.if your gaining weight you are eating more calories than you are burning!.you need to increase your metabolism by exercise or eating smaller frequent meals!.fat=9 calories per gram,protein=4,carbs=4!.read the calories per serving and how much is each serving on the nutrition facts list!.dont take any pills or stuff like that,do it the healthy way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Every time you feel like eating something smoke a cigarette instead (0 calories 0 grams of fat)

Quit college!.

Dump your lousy boyfriend!.

Sleep more so you can't eat as much!.

Your stomach probably has been streched out and
doesn't feel full until you fill it up!.

Eat slower!.
There's a slow reaction in the signal that the stomach sends to the brain saying that it's full!.
If you eat slower, then it gives time for that signal to get to the brain!.

GRADUALLY decrease your amount of intake!.

Don't have any finger food or fast food!.

Don't have any snacks laying around!.
If you don't have it, then you won't eat it!. and chances are people are too lazy to get up and grab a snack!.

When eating chips or anything out of a bag,
