Question: If You could eliminate one bad habit, what would it be!?

Picking and choosing when to slack off!. Ideally, I should give everything 110%, even the easy stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Procrastination!. It means putting off for later what you can do now or today!. If it is a problem that needs to be solved, putting it off for later, does not solve the problem!. Not doing it now may even aggravate the problem or situation!. A very extreme example is a doctor attending to a very sick person!. Not responding immediately could mean death to that sick person!.
But there is a sense in using the time between knowing the problem and the time of applying the solution/s to correct the problem!. This is not procrastination but time used wisely to evaluate the problem, do tests to identify the problem accurately, consult other experts, weigh the pros and cons of the solution/s, developing a back-up plan and picking out the best option, and applying the solution/s!. A procedure for confirming the success of the solution should also be developed and applied!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Diet and Fitness-wise:- Eating too much of my food intake in the evening and before bed!.


Otherwise:- my bad sleeping habits!.!.!.going to bed far too late and sleeping too much of the day away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Definately binge eating! As soon as I start a diet I feel the urge to just what to eat whatever junk food is in the house!.!.!. even though I know its all mind over matter!Www@Answer-Health@Com
