Im starting at the gym again?!


Question: Im starting at the gym again!?
i played in goal all season but have had niggling injuries so not been able to go to the gym for past 9 months!. so what im asking is what is the best and quickest way to lose weight and tone up again!?!?!? i still have a lot of muscle all over but its now covered by a sizable layer fat and im getting moobs!.!.!. help pleaseWww@Answer-Health@Com

a good workout for your situation may be a circuit training style routine!.!. 1 exercise per muscle group in a round robin fashion, 3 sets of each exercise!. focus on compound lifts, 10-12 reps each, and move from 1 machine to the next without rest!. it will offer enough volume to train the muscles and also offer a cardio effect to your workout as well!.!. should take no longer than 45 minutes to complete!. do this 3 times a week with a rest day in between each workout!. couple this with cardio work 3-4 times a week for 30 or so minutes apiece and this should suit you fine for the first month or so before breaking into a more traditional split routine!. hope this helps, if you have any questions on my suggestion, feel free to email meWww@Answer-Health@Com

I basically to to the gym everyday!. Cardio and lots of it!. I have a lot more energy and I feel good!. Eplically machine, treadmill!. Don't forget to lift some weights every other day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
