Question:

Is this enuf 2 eat??? my friends r horrible about it... but they excersize....?

im a 15yr old girl and i eat averagly every day:
an orange, half a jam sandwich, an apple, a banana, and lots of water and a dinner of sumin like soup, or tuna salad... i do little excersize... is this enuf/ too much???

i often feel hungry but my parents dont buy choc or crisps that i can snack on...


Answers:

You need a cereal (oatmeal, dry) or an egg for breakfast with the orange.

The jam sand is nothing but a snack. You could do peanut butter instead, it is high in protein.

Where are your veggies? You need carrots, green leafy veggies, peas, green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, tomatos, or the like daily.

You need whole grain bread and brown rice or whole wheat pasta.

For dinner, you would need a protein source, tuna is good. Beans are another excellent choice, as are 3 oz fish, beef, pork or chicken, along with your veggies.

You are not eating enough and you have no veggies, although you are getting fruits. You diet is also needing whole grains. As a teen, you need 3 glasses of milk a day. You can sub cottage cheese or regular cheese for part of the milk requirements.
