hi, what do you mean by dream body!?your means are self hypnotism,if your mean are self hypnotisme i know only some body can it that try in metaphysics scisnces and they receive to attain perfection or maturity to stage of clear-sightedness !.then they can self hypnotism and do evey work that ussual people can not do it and may be it seems miracle ,by the way i did not try dream body and sorry for can not help about it!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
