I'm not losing weight anymore. help.?

i've been eating healthy and exercising. i've hit a plateau. what can i do besides going less than 1000 calories a day?


Answers:

Change your fitness routine. NEVER starve yourself - it is unhealthy and counterproductive.

Plateaus happen because your body adjusts to a new routine so you need to change the routine. If you've been walking or doing mostly aerobic exercies, then try some weight training. Scales can't tell you what your BMI is, it can't tell the difference between a man and a woman, etc. It is better to go buy the way your clothes are fitting.

Another possibility is that you're building more muscle and therefore the scale may climb because muscle weighs more than fat. Again, judge by your clothes.
