Getting in shape in only five days... Is it possible?!


Question: Getting in shape in only five days!.!.!. Is it possible!?
I'm 15 years old and out of shape!. I want to try out for cross-country (running long distances) and practice starts on June 9!. I at least want to be somewhat in shape!. I'm not overweight at all, I'm just out of shape!. Will running 3 miles everyday from Monday-Saturday get me in decent shape by the time practice starts!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to break it up and run 2 miles in the morning and 3 at night!.!.!.!.I'm a marathon runner and usually run 80 miles weekly and I've had some of my best runs doing a twice daily routine!.!.!.because the first run isn't too far and the second you feel like it is your first because you've done different things in between!.!.!.!.good luck with the try outs!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do 1000 with ur jump-rope everyday, eat three healthy meals a day straight away, no snacks, drink lots of water, and u will feel better about yourself!.!.!.can;t guarantee weight loss, but u will feel better, and if you do this for at least 2 weeks, u will prob lose some weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com

five days are not enough to make any shape, infact you need to do some weight lefting to change the shape in your body!. remember the more patience you be in dealing with your body, the better you look with time if you exercise properly!.

I do not honestly think so!. It takes time for your body to adjust to the physical activity!. You can make some progress in 5 days though!. Just be sure not to start out to hard!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
