Answers:
You have to burn more then you consume to lose weight!. But keep in mind your body needs about 1200 just to perform it's basic functions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to burn more calories than you take in if you want to lose weight!.

However!.!.!.keep in mind that EVERYTHING you do during the day results in calorie burning!. Go to www!.mypyramidtracker!.gov and enter your personal information to see what your ideal caloric intake is WITHOUT exercise!. Eat 500 calories less than your ideal caloric intake, and try to exercise for thirty minutes every day!. You will lose 1-2 pounds per week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to allow a generous ammount of calories for your body to function!.
Too few and you will suffer from mood swings, low temperature, tiredness and of course, hunger!.
Your body will go into starvation mode and the cortisol released will make sure your metabolism slows down to conserve whatever calories it does have left to use!.

Your best bet is to try and burn 500 cals daily, by combination of exercise and diet!.
Sorry, but there really isnt any other way!.

Neither starving nor exhausting your body is the answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you would lose weight as you have exercised all the calories off but your body burns calories when you don't do anything so you would have used more calories than you have consumed

Diets are a really bad way keeping weight in check anyway they only work when you keep on them

just remember the following

eat a healthy, varied and balanced diet, exercise little and often making sure you warm up before you exercise and warm down afterwards, drink plenty of water (at least 2!.5 litres - but no more than 6) as this will increase your motabolism
make sure you are not going for an unhealthy weight target look for a BMI (body mass index - calculated as your height against your weight for your sex) score of arond 18!.5-23 is healthy anything too much above or below this is unhealthy

if you wish to dramatically change your diet and exercise regime consult your doctor for adviceWww@Answer-Health@Com

I hate these answers!. They have hardly any knowledge!.

Your BMR (basal metabolic rate) determines how many calories you require to maintain your weight by sitting around all day!.
If you want to count calories, that's how much you should be eating!.

Think about this:
Running on a treadmill for 30 mins gives you a display that you expended 300 calories!. Do you really think that is accurate!?! Just think how pathetic humans would be as hunter gatherers if they expended 300 calories in 30 mins of jogging! We would have had to eat tonnes to survive! The machines you use are so inaccurate not to mention how sad it is to count and burn the same amount!.

All I can say is don't eat numbers eat food!

You know what's healthy, you know what's too much, you know when you're putting on fat just from the scales or the mirror!.
Mirrors are 100% effective!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no way you can burn ALL the calories you consume every day!. Say you ate 1400 calories in one day- first off, your body is going to need to use a lot of those calories to function!. Second- when I go to the gym, after I've run like a mile, I've only burnt a MAXIMUM of 190-200 calories!.!. think of how much you would have to exercise! I think the best thing you can do (if your wanting to loose weight) is just to eat right and exercise!. If you eat chips and mcdonalds all day your taking in tons of calories and fat!.!.!. whereas if you snacked on fruits and veggies and ate healthy meals you'd be taking in awesome healthy calories and hardly any fat at all!. Good Luck doing whatever your doing!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, technically you would really not change much, but a certain amount of your calorie intake does store in cells, depending on your personal metabolism rate!. But if you are counting the intake and burning the same amount you will not see any change in your physical appearence other that a toned physique!

The website below will give you an idea of how many calories you would have to eat to maintain the weight you're at!. In order to lose a pound a week you have to create a deficit of 500 calories!. So if you need 2000 a day, and you only take in 1500 you'll start losing weight!.
