Drinking water daily?!


Question: Drinking water daily!?
If you can't spread it out through out the day, can you devote about an hour while you're on the computer to drink 4 or more glasses of water!? Would that be okay!? Or too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You'll put some stress on your bladder that way, but nothing it can't cope with!. It's better to have some water than none at all, but drinking it in one go will flush your tissues with water, then drain it all away and leave them to go without for hours, and that's not good!.

Imagine eating the whole day's meals in an hour, then nothing for another 24!. Crazy, right!?

I don't understand why you can't spread out your drinks throughout the day!. Wherever you are - at school, at work, in church, even in prison - there ought to be meals breaks and access to drinking water!. If you never eat regular meals or sit down to relax, you have a much bigger problem than just getting enough water!.

Have a glass of water whenever you eat!. One at breakfast and another with lunch and dinner, then another while watching TV, studying, chatting to friends or listening to music in the evening, makes four glasses!.

Carry a bottle of water with you wherever you go!. You don't have to buy bottled water, you can get a bottle and fill it from the tap or keep a filter jug in the fridge!.

You need to look after your body properly!. Think of it like a car!. You maintain your car and put in the right fuel so it won't let you down and cost you money to fix - same with your body - except that you can't get another when it wears out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

too much!. your body would use about the first glass of water and the rest would just flush right through you, if you drink tooo much at once your kidneys wouldnt be able to keep up and you would sweat profusely or have the feeling of being "water logged" !.!.!.!. not the greatest feeling in the world!.

carry around a water bottle with you!. fill it up before you leave for work, lunch, and restroom breaks throughout the day!. you can spread it out throughout the day, you just dont think you have the time!.

for a little while you are gonna have to actually think about filling up the water bottle, but then it will become a habit after a few weeks and you wont think about it, youll just do itWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry so much about that 6 or 8 glasses of water a day!. It was recently discovered that it is wrong!. You get much of your needed water in food and you don't need to drink as much water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

drinking a lot of water is not ok - it interferes with the work of internal organs and gives more work for youe kidneys, which is not good!. i say u drink when u re thirsty!. u re not thirsty - why do u need to drink then!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
