Gaining weight?

if your trying to gain weight do you eat lots of foods that are high in fats carbs and protein. I know you eat lots of carbs and protein but not sure about fats, help me gain 17 lbs.

you dont want to gain fat right? you want to gian muscle then. start lifting weights. dont worry about looking like a bodybuilder. women cannot build huge msucles without drugs. 17 lbs is alot. it would take 3-4 years for an avergae person to gain that much muscle.
