What are some tips to being bulimic efectivley?

I need to loose wieght badly. I love food to much to just not eat it but I need to loose wieght fast. I want to know how many times a day I should throw up or if theres any way to get more out of me each time? If you are going to jude me and tell me its bad for me then don't bother posting anything your just wasting my time. Thank you.

you should set a timer and every hour on the hour that you are awake, you should make yourself throw up. just make sure to keep drinking water in between.
